Canon PowerShot S200

I love my Canon PowerShot s200 and I bring it everywhere with me. Measuring in at a mere 3.4" x 2.2" x 1.1", this camera is shoved into my pocket every morning right after my keys. You can now get these guys for about $350. It is a 2MP camera (1600x1200) with a 2x zoom. The picture quality that comes from this camera is great.

I used to have a sony mavica fd91 which was a great camera (has a 14x optical zoom). But it was too bulky for me. When going out for the night I would leave the mavica home because I did not want to babysit a camera all night long. Now with the s200 it just sits in my pocket with alongside my keys. You never know when or what you might want to take a picture of.

I'm dubious about some of the new features... interesting how Microsoft seems to continually rely on tying together their spectrum of offerings.Some of the new features seem similar to things like gadgets in iGoogle... this release is as much about Google as Firefox.Very happy to see that the WebSlices setup does not introduce proprietary tags and even uses the hAtom microformat.All in all, this release is good news. It definitely demonstrates the IE team is serious about web standards now.
